Salary: 21600 – 34120 per month depending upon your current work experience over last 2 years.

Required Cafeterias: 

• Firstly, Should have minimum 1 years of core sales/marketing work experience (No exception).
• Age should be between 24 – 35 years
• Required own transportation Vehicle.
• Should be located in the current city from more than 4 years or born and bout-up from described location i.e. Palaspali Bhubaneswar Odisha.
• Ready to work in field as this is field work not a office work.
• Lastly, ready to create own network.

Work Responsibilities: 

An agency sales manager’s primary responsibility is to manage agency channel sales for the company. He/she is responsible for managing agents, training agents and achieving sales targets for the team.

• Sales life insurance products to Bhubaneswar customers
• Planning and target setting for the agent sales team
• Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets
• Recruitment and management of agency channel team members
• Training, motivating and development of team members
