Job Listings

Listings come from employers, partner feeds and roles IJNM recruits for on behalf of client employers whose names are kept confidential until the interview stage. IJNM checks listings for quality but cannot guarantee that every role is still open, and applying through the site does not guarantee a response or an offer.

Users must adhere to certain responsibilities while using IJNM to ensure a fair and respectful environment.

Prohibited Conduct

IJNM prohibits certain behaviors to maintain the integrity of the platform and protect all users.

Public API and AI Assistants

IJNM offers a read-only public API and an MCP endpoint so AI assistants can search its job listings. Use is free within the published rate limits; listing data is provided as-is and may not be resold as a dataset.

Intellectual Property

Site content belongs to IJNM or its licensors. Users keep the rights to the material they submit and grant IJNM permission to pass it to the employer for the role applied to.

Limitation of Liability

IJNM provides listings as-is and is not liable for hiring decisions, employer conduct or decisions made on information found on the site.

Termination

IJNM may suspend accounts or remove content that breaks these terms. Users can ask for their data to be deleted at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to its courts.
